YEAH. SO THIS IS WHAT WE WERE DOING LAST WEEKEND INSTEAD OF GOING TO MINI ANIMANIA LIKE GOOD GIRLS --


Hah. For a while we'd had no lives, nothing to do, we were too stingy to pay the fee for Mini (and couldn't think of what to cosplay anyway) and our D.Gray-Man training / casual outfits from Halloween were lying around with literally zero good shots of them. So this shoot became our Mini Animania replacement xDDD

( Herein lies some epic phail. )

We're hoping to get better shots of both sets of the Death Note costumes we've cosplayed in the past, too, since we didn't get any. Hopefully that'll come soon :)

Thank you to everyone who came to the Halloween dinner outing ^_^ The two of us had so much fun and were so ecstatic to see all of you awesome people again!! Everyone also came in epic, epic cosplay, and we were so impressed, as usual. *Hugs* We love you so much, you gorgeous people.

Despite the rather annoying restaurant staff and the old guy who rudely shooed us from the sticker picture place, we truly enjoyed ourselves simply because of the company <3

The two of us cosplayed as D.Gray-Man (training outfits version) - Silver cosplayed as Lavi; Harmony cosplayed as Kanda Yuu.



Upon arrival (sorry we came late - we blame peak-hour traffic) with our sparkly lolly bags.

Overall the whole day was really fun, and we're so grateful to everyone for coming. This is our second non-convention cosplay outing and we weren't disappointed in the least <3333 It was just super-awesome and we hope to meet up with all of you again real soon.

... Someone please tell us that there's something on for Christmas. ;D Hint hint.

Although I'm not that into D. Gray-man, I think Lavi would be my favourite character =D. Sorry about any mistakes in this - I've only read a little of the manga, and although I used some character references, half of them were from fanart, and I have no idea how correct they were.

Not too sure why I drew this though, and why I picked this style. I just randomly sketched it at 1am yesterday. Drawing without outlines is so hard >.<

So yeah, first time drawing anything DGM ... hope it turned out okay, as after all that time in front of the computer is killing my eyes @.@
