It's something I do love about this pairing - that their relationship is so heartbreaking and tragic. I can hardly wait for Aizen and Hinamori to meet again in canon. :D
Re KiraHina: hehe, I don't particularly ship them together either, but I love how deep and caring their friendship is, so I thought there wouldn't be anyone more perfect than Kira to be the one to provide support in this fic.
And I'm so glad you think that Hinamori was IC; I'm still so insecure about writing her. I've heard that it's dangerously easy to slip her into insanity when writing about her in relation to Aizen X_X
